Judge Vacates Divorce Of Tinker Couple

An Oklahoma County judge is vacating the divorce of a woman whose ex-husband killed himself and the couple's two children at Tinker Air Force Base in February.  Attorneys for Michelle Thorson say the decision is the only way she can collect benefits from her dead husband and start a new life.

Thorson and her husband, U.S. Air Force Technical Sergeant Dustin Thorson, divorced on Valentine's Day.  Eleven days later, he shot and killed their 4-year-old son, 9-year-old daughter and then himself after a fight with Michelle.
