A Rogers County judge says a Chelsea home isn't safe for children after a toddler was found dead in the home on Friday.

Marshall Card would have turned 2 on Monday. His three siblings are now in state custody. Their parents say they are not responsible for Marshall's death and say investigators are jumping to conclusions.  A candlelight vigil was Tuesday night in memory of Marshall.

A hearing in the case was held on Monday.  The state Medical Examiner's Office says it could be months before they know how the child died.
