Muskogee Police Looking For Fraud Suspect

Muskogee police are trying to track down a fraud suspect. They say a man is fraudulently depositing stolen checks into someone's account, then, is taking cash withdrawals that leave the victim's account overdrawn.

It also means the person who the checks were stolen from, must go through the hassle of proving they didn't write them.
