Ingredients:
2 cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups Diced Pineapple (About 2 cans)
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
8-10 Green Onions, thinly sliced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
½ cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions:
Combine ingredients in bowl. Toss and Serve.
