DA To Remain On Judge's Case

A Tulsa County District Court judge accused of indecent exposure lost his effort to get the district attorney prosecuting the case removed. 

Judge Jesse Harris wanted Washington County District Attorney Rick Esser removed citing internal misconduct.  But Wednesday, an Osage County judge denied Harris' motion. 

Esser was assigned to the case after Tulsa County's DA recused himself. 

Judge Harris is accused of exposing himself in a hotel parking lot on March 9.
