Detectives with the Tulsa Police Department are investigating an overnight shooting. The shooting happened shortly after 3 a.m. on Saturday at the Mohawk and North Garrison intersection.

Police say shots were fired from a vehicle, targeting a black car. The two people in the black car were injured. One suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and the other person had leg injuries.

The two then drove to the Bradford apartments located in the 500 block of East 32nd Street North. Police say the security guards who work there witnessed the shooting.

The two victims are expected to make a full recovery. Police are investigating the cause of the shooting, but say drugs may have been a factor.
