The head of a local company has pled guilty to child pornography charges, and his employees say they have been left in limbo. Michael Jameson, the head of Vanguard Environmental, will be sentenced in September. The News On 6's Chris Wright reports several employees found themselves locked out of the office Thursday morning.

Vanguard Environmental helps companies comply with environmental regulations. It is a multi-million dollar company with offices in 17 states, but members of its board of directors worry that this ongoing scandal may bring it down.

The News On 6 received a tip Thursday morning that a Broken Arrow company had locked out some of its employees. Click here to see what happened when The News On 6 showed up.

Vanguard employees say the man on the left is Jeffrey Jameson, the son of company founder Michael Jameson.

In January, after conducting an online sting, the FBI seized Michael Jameson's computer. On it they found more than 100 child pornography files. Acting Vanguard president Katherine Holland says news of his arrest was appalling.

"Somebody that I respect and admire.  My hearts breaks for him as a person, however what he did he is suffering the consequences of," said Holland.

But Holland and several other board members believe they are now suffering unnecessary consequences. In a letter written from jail, Jameson asked Holland to convince employees to write character reference letters for him, hoping it will lead to a reduced sentence. He even says, 'Would $10,000 buy back your support? I will do it if that's your price.'

Holland refused, and she and other board members found themselves locked out Thursday.

"We're all concerned. I think we have reason to be concerned, all because of one man's actions," said Holland.

Board Members claim they were told the locks were changed because of a security breach. They say the rest of Vanguard's 25 employees were sent home Thursday afternoon.
