Police say heavy rainfall overnight on Sunday could be a factor in a fatal accident. The accident happened around 3:30 a.m.

Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say a truck was heading north on Highway 169 when it spun out of control, and stopped facing south.

That's when, police say, a car hit the truck. The car then slammed into the median. One person in the car died. Two other victims were taken to the hospital. Their conditions are unknown at this time.

Traffic was shut down on Highway 169 from 21st Street South to 1500 South.
