A convicted killer gets a new trial. Lawyers are picking a jury in the trial for Oscar Paterson III. It's his second trial on charges that he killed his stepdaughter, 15-year-old Tiffany Beverly, 11 years ago.

A Tulsa County jury convicted him and sentenced him to death, but an appeal overturned that based on her body was found in Wagoner County.

The case is now being heard in Wagoner County. Paterson is accused of killing Beverly to cover up sexual abuse.

He's already serving a 100-year term for sexually abusing another teenage family member.
