Broken Arrow Police have released the name of the one-year-old boy which drowned in the swimming pool at a home Tuesday morning.
Police Major Mark Irwin says the boy is identified as Noah Tyler Sanders.
Shortly before 11 a.m. Tuesday, Broken Arrow Police and Fire responded to the 500 block of West Toledo Place on a report of a possible drowning. Noah Sanders was retrieved from the water, but died enroute to the hospital.
Major Irwin says preliminary information indicates Noah Sanders opened a fence gate and fell into the pool accidentially.
