TULSA, OK -- A third party presidential candidate, who's not on the ticket in Oklahoma, made a stop in Tulsa on Thursday.

Ralph Nadar spoke at OSU-Tulsa about the limits on third party candidates on Oklahoma ballots.  He says our state has the harshest ballot access law in the nation.  It requires nearly 44,000 signatures.

"We have for example, in western Europe in Canada, it's 106 signatures, if that.  You shouldn't try to discourage people from running for office. In Oklahoma, 500 signatures is enough to fulfill any purpose against what can be called frivolous or satiric candidates," said Ralph Nader.

One of his other key points for the day was the number of Oklahomans who aren't insured.
