Police Chase Ends With Crash

TULSA, OK -- A man is in custody after leading Tulsa Police officers on a pursuit.

Shortly after midnight, police officers tried to pull over a car at 2400 South Garnett.

Authorities say the driver refused to stop and the chase was on. It finally came to an end at 2100 South 137th East Avenue when the suspect crashed the car into an electrical box causing the traffic lights to go out.

The suspect then got out of the car and tried to escape on foot.

Police officers quickly apprehended the suspect.
