TULSA, OK -- A judge has ordered a suspected rapist to undergo a mental competency exam.
Brandon Brixey is accused of carjacking a van with three children inside. Tulsa Police say he then raped an eight-year-old girl inside the van.
Brixey's preliminary hearing was postponed until the results of the competency hearing are revealed.
