Restaurant Owner Goes To Pizza School

We don't often hear about someone getting an advanced degree in pizza making. But an Owasso restaurant owner now has one.

OWASSO, OK -- We don't often hear about someone getting an advanced degree in pizza making. But an Owasso restaurant owner now has one.

The News On 6 went there to find out what the newly certified pizza maker knows now that he didn't know before.

Mike Bausch and John Davey have had a successful pizza business in Owasso called Andolini's for almost four years. Now Mike can boast of being pizza certified.

"Being with the best of the best, it was like being at the equivalent of a pizza fantasy camp," said Mike Bausch.

He just got back from the Authentic Italian Pizza School in California, it's run by a nine time world pizza making champion, it's like an advanced degree in making pizza.
