TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa County District Court jury has recommended that Joshua Anderson get two life sentences for murders he committed in 2007.
Anderson confessed to forcing an elderly woman and her son to have sex before killing them and setting their home on fire.
Prosecutors didn't ask for the death penalty because Anderson was determined to be mentally retarded.
