TULSA, OK -- Truck Stop giant Flying J has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The company blames the sharp drop in oil prices and the credit crunch.

Flying J has six locations in Oklahoma, one in Tulsa off Interstate 44 and 129th East Avenue.

Flying J says it's hundreds of millions of dollars in the hole, but has no plans to lay off any employees.
