UNDATED -- A Broken Arrow soldier has died in Iraq.

The U.S. Army says 19-year-old Corporal Stephen Zapasnik died in a Humvee accident Wednesday afternoon. His family was notified of his death late Wednesday night.

Zapasnik was assigned to an artillery unit out of Fort Carson, Colorado.

Two other soldiers were killed in the accident. Their names have not been released.

The accident is under investigation.

Zapasnik's mother says her son will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Virgina, but there's no word on when services will be.
