OKMULGEE, OK -- A winter weather advisory has been expanded to include Okmulgee County.
Other counties under the advisory list include Adair, Cherokee, Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, Muskogee, McIntosh, Pittsburg and Sequoyah counties.
The advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. Monday.
News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says areas of light freezing rain will be possible across the advisory area as warm air overruns the colder air at the surface.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol also cautions motorists that light freezing rain my cause some slick spots on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses.
