STONE BLUFF, OK -- Several grass fires kept firefighters in Wagoner and Tulsa counties busy Monday morning.

One fire blackened pastures near Coweta at 121st Street South and east of state Highway 51.   Firefighters were able to bring that fire under control.  While the fire burned near several homes, firefighters were able to keep the flames at bay.

Another fire also burned across a wooded area near the Stone Bluff.  Bixby firefighters were assisting several other departments in knocking down the fire.  Again no structures were threatened by this fire.
