Hearing Held In Tulsa Pawn Shop Killing

TULSA, OK -- A judge started hearing evidence on Monday against a man accused of murder to decide if there's enough evidence to send him to trial.

Prosecutors presented evidence against Marquaillo Holbert.  He's charged with the shooting death of Cody Holmes at a Tulsa pawn shop nearly two years ago.  He was on the run for nearly 10 months before he was picked up in Dallas for drugs.

A judge continued the hearing.  He'll make his decision at that later date.
