2 lbs Diced Tomatoes
½ lb Diced Yellow onions
1 cup of Cilantro, chopped
1 Fresh jalapeno, finely diced
Juice from 1 fresh lime
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic

Guacamole

4 Avocados
1 Cup Pico de Gallo
Squeeze of Lime on top 

Mango Salsa

1 Large Mango, diced
3 Cups Pico de Gallo
2 oz Honey
