Tulsa's Most Wanted Has Long History Of Serving Time

Tulsa police hope the public can help them find a man who failed to show for his court dates last year. Kenneth M. Etter, 52, is the TPD's most wanted for this week.

Etter is wanted on a felony warrant for two counts of failure to appear on a uttering a forged instrument charge. He also has 14 outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

His bond is set at $30,000 for the felony warrant.

Etter has a history of incarceration in Oklahoma starting in 1991 for a variety of crimes including knowingly concealing stolen property, false declaration of ownership and burglary. Records show that he also escaped from jail and prison in the past. He was last discharged from the Department of Corrections in September, 2011.
