Rogers County Parents Charged With Felony Child Neglect

Prosecutors have charged two Rogers County parents with felony child neglect.

Court documents say Terance and Melody Mitchell gave marijuana to a twelve-year-old girl who was a family friend. The child told police the Mitchells gave her the pot because she had a bad day at school and they thought it would make her calm down.
