Emergency Animal Shelter At Tulsa Fairground To Close
TULSA, Oklahoma - The emergency pet shelter at the Tulsa fairgrounds will close at the end of the day Wednesday.
At one point, the shelter housed 200 animals owned by flood victims. Now just more than 100 animals are still there. The humane society says it will continue to work with flood victims.
All animals that have not been picked up by the end of the day Wednesday will be moved to the humane society for temporary housing.
