Tulsa Police Department is focusing on speeding violations in school zones for the month of September.

They say officers on motorcycles will be randomly patrolling the areas. They say a citation requires a court appearance with a fine of up to $500 and up to 30 days in jail.

They say no warnings will be issued so make sure to drive safely.
