OWASSO, Oklahoma - Owasso Firefighters responded to a small fire at the Macy's distribution center at 76th Street North and Sheridan.

Firefighters at the scene say the fire is out and did not cause as much damage as it could have. Macy's officials say everyone is safe and there are no reported injuries.

"We are thankful that all of our Macy’s colleagues are safe and accounted for, with no injuries.  The fire has been extinguished, and we are supporting the fire department on the investigation and in assessing the potential impact. As we continue to assess the potential impact to our Fulfillment Center in Tulsa, we have other fulfillment options, including multiple mega centers across the country, to serve our customers," said Macy's Rep. Jacqueline King.

The cause of the fire has not yet been released.
