The Remembrance Ceremony begins at 8:45 a.m. and will include remarks by the newly sworn in Oklahoma City mayor David Holt and Governor Mary Fallin.

The Rev. Billy Graham will be honored during this year's remembrance ceremony by former Gov. Frank Keating. Graham died earlier this year at the age of 99. Graham came to Oklahoma City several times during his lifetime, including when he spoke at a memorial service held days after of the Oklahoma City bombing.

Admission into the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum will be free of charge for the day. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
