McIntosh County prosecutors charged a former Oklahoma congressman's brother with first-degree murder.

Lawrence Watts is charged in last week's shooting death of Anthony Greco outside Watts' restaurant in Eufaula. Watts and Greco apparently had a disagreement over business dealings.

Watts remains free on $30,000 bail. Lawrence Watts is the brother of JC Watts, who retired from Congress this year.

A court hearing in the case is set for Thursday.
