(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma women's basketball coach Sherri Coale has hired a new director of basketball operations. <br><br>Chad Thrailkill replaces Deren Boyd, who recently took a job in North Carolina.

(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma women's basketball coach Sherri Coale has hired a new director of basketball operations.

Chad Thrailkill replaces Deren Boyd, who recently took a job in North Carolina.

Thrailkill spent three years as an assistant to Coale at Norman High School. He also coached four years at Westmoore and most recently was boys coach at Norman North.
