A victim in a rape case testified Monday she was offered $20 to remain silent about the crime.

The testimony came in a hearing for four defendants charged with sex crimes at a car dealership.

The hearing will determine whether or not the defendants will face trial on the charges. There are two victims, four defendants, and a long list of charges.

The two women say they were sexually assaulted while at an after hours party at Classic Chevrolet in Owasso. One of the women, and all of the defendants, worked at the dealership. The female employee testified Monday that she and the other victim were unable to leave the party because an exit door was locked. She says two of the four defendants took the other girl into a locked room and raped her. She testified that when she tried to intervene, she was groped by the two other men.

Attorneys for the four men succeeded in getting the woman to admit she could have left through another door. She also admitted on the stand that she did not leave when the men began making sexual remarks and asked them to undress.

A detective who interviewed one of the men testified he admitted to the sexual activity, but was unsure if it was consensual or not. The preliminary hearing will continue Tuesday with the testimony of the woman who was raped. If the case does go to trial, it will be scheduled well after the first of the year.
