Pizza Trail Mix

Family and Consumer Sciences Educator Michelle Bonicelli from the OSU Extension Center Tulsa County shares a recipe for pizza trail mix.


  1. 1 cup Cashews
  2. 1/2 cup Almonds
  3. 1/4 cup Walnuts
  4. 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  5. 1 Tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
  6. 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  7. 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  8. 1-1/2 tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  10. 1/3 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped into bite size pieces


1.     Preheat oven to 350°.

2.     Mix all ingredients except sun-dried tomatoes in a large bowl. Toss to combine.

3.     Spread nut mixture on a parchment lined cookie sheet or baking stone.

4.     Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat. Toss and let nuts cool.

5.     Add sun-dried tomato pieces to the mix and serve.

6.Store leftovers in an airtight container.
