Tulsa Apartment Complex Fire Under Investigation

Tulsa firefighters are still working to figure out what started a fire at an apartment complex near 41st Street and Garnett.

The fire happened at the Silver Creek Apartments around 3 a.m. Friday morning.

Multiple fire engines were called to this fire.

It happened on the 2nd story of one of the buildings.

Firefighters said the fire was confined to a single unit, and they believe it was vacant at the time of the fire.

TFD said everyone living in surrounding apartments were evacuated.

They hope to get those residents back into their units once the power is restored.

Firefighters said no on was hurt.

Right now, the cause of the fire is under investigation.
