Father, Son Charged With First-Degree Murder Wanted After Being Released By Mistake

The U.S. Marshals are looking for a father and son who are charged with first-degree murder.

Marshals said James and Dakota Buzzard were arrested and charged in 2019 for a retaliation shooting in Delaware County. Officials said there was a jurisdiction issue and the Buzzards were mistakenly released before the tribes could rework their case.
