Baked Brie With Fruit And Honey

2 sheets frozen Puff Pastry, thawed

2 Tablespoons honey

1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped

¼ cup chopped pecans

1 16 0z. Brie Cheese round

1 egg beaten with 1 Tbsp. water

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice top rind off of the cheese and place on top of puff pastry. Place honey on top of Brie and then add Cherries and pecans. Place the second round pastry circle on top: press pastry directly against the cheese and bottom pastry. Trim the pastry. Leaving a 1-inch border around the cheese.
