Update 3/8/21, 10:43 a.m.: The Tulsa Police Department has canceled the Silver Alert for Carlton Green after he was located by a family member at a Tulsa tag agency Tuesday morning.

A Silver Alert has been issued by Tulsa Police. Carlton Green is a 70-year-old, Black male. He is 5’10, 140lbs, with brown eyes, and gray curly hair. He suffers from Dementia.

Carlton was last seen around 1 p.m., in the area of 2700 North Boston Pl, where he left on foot.

He was wearing a maroon, wind breaker, which says "McLain" in white letters. He was also wearing black joggers and black shoes with no laces.

He does not have teeth.
