Man Dies From Injuries Sustained In April Shooting

A man has died two months after being shot at an apartment complex in Tulsa, police say.

According to police, the shooting happened at the Red Fox Apartment complex, near East 16th Street and South Memorial Drive, on Saturday, April 15th

Police say Charmese Hayden said she shot Kevin Harrigan several times in the chest, because she believed Harrigan had disrespected her.

Hayden is currently charged with shooting with intent to kill, but that charge could now be upgraded to murder.
