A motorcylce driver dies in a high-speed crash. It happened just after 4 AM Sunday. Tulsa Police officers say the motorcylce driver was speeding and hit a parked van. He died at the scene. Officers say they had a hard time identifying the victim.
Tulsa Police Corporal Randall Soloman: "when we arrived we found a subject laying on the ground. at this point we don't exactly know who he is and we're still waiting on further information on who it so we can notify next of kin"
No word yet on the victim's identity.
