Tulsa Police cyber detectives arrest a New Mexico man they say used the Internet to arrange a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old girl.

The "girl" was really an undercover officer. Investigators say James Dalton set up two travel dates, but canceled twice.

The FBI arrested Dalton in Albuquerque. He faces lewd and indecent proposal charges in Tulsa.
