Annual Inspections Begin On Tulsa Bridges

The City of Tulsa is conducting its annual inspections of several bridges over the Arkansas River this week.

TULSA, Oklahoma – The City of Tulsa is conducting its annual inspections of several bridges over the Arkansas River this week.

The work will shut down some parts of the bridges to traffic.

On Monday, crews will work on the 71st street bridge and will shut down the eastbound outside lane.
On Tuesday, August 2nd, crews will inspect the bridge on 21st street and will close the westbound outside lane.
On Wednesday, August 3rd, the westbound outside lane on the 11th Street bridge will be shut down as crews inspect that bridge.

The work is expected to start about 7:30 a.m. and last until about 5:30 p.m. each day.
