TULSA, Oklahoma -
Police said they have arrested a suspect in the shooting at Westminster Apartments, near 51st Street and Memorial Road.
Keith Allen Doyle, Jr. was arrested and booked into a Tulsa County jail Thursday afternoon.
Tulsa Police say Doyle confessed to getting into an altercation with Clark Owens and to taking out a gun and shooting at him numerous times.
Owens was transported to a Tulsa hospital Wednesday night with several gunshot wounds.

According to an affidavit, officers interviewed numerous witnesses and developed suspect information on Doyle. They showed witnesses a photo line-up with Doyle's picture, and Doyle was positively identified.
Around 1 p.m. Thursday, Tulsa Police received information that Doyle was at Westminster Apartments again.
After a non-violent stand-off, the special operations team took him into custody just before 3 p.m.
Doyle was booked into a Tulsa County jail on the complaint of shooting with intent to kill.
His bond is set at $75,000.
Correction: Witnesses told police there were anywhere between five and eight shots fired, but Owens may not have been hit seven times. Police said he was shot several times.
