A Tulsa County inmate was found unresponsive in his cell on Sunday, the sheriff's office says.
Nathan Bradshaw was found unresponsive at 12:11 a.m., according to a statement released on Wednesday. Jail and medical staff rendered aid and a medical emergency was called, officials say.
ESMA and the Tulsa Fire Department arrived at 12:26 a.m. and transported Bradshaw to OSU Medical Center, the sheriff's office says.
Bradshaw was booked into jail on March 8 by the Tulsa Police Department on a failure to appear at drug court on a grand larceny charge. His bond was set at $100,000.
Jail records show he was released from custody "on personal recognizance" on Sunday at 1:32 p.m.
According to our news partner, The Frontier, a friend of Bradshaw said he passed away Wednesday evening and the funeral will be held this weekend.
