The Wagoner County District Attorney says two deputies were justified in killing a man during a 7-hour standoff in February.

The standoff began after reports of a man who appeared to be drunk firing a gun.
Deputies tried to get the suspect, Paul Strickland, to surrender. Instead, deputies say, Strickland came out and pointed a gun at deputies, which is when deputies shot Strickland, killing him.
