Prosecutors charge a Tulsa man with first-degree manslaughter after police say he was drunk when he caused a deadly crash last November.
Court documents show 31-year-old Nicholas Wells had a blood alcohol level of .1 and was speeding when he hit a van at 8th and Peoria on November 7th, 2017.

Three people in the van were ejected and one of them died.
Nicholas Wells was booked into the Tulsa County jail Tuesday morning. Jail records show he posted a $15,000 bond and was released pending a court appearance on September 25th.
