Sperry Man Charged With Manslaughter In Motorcyclist's Death
State troopers said Roger Stevens didn't stop at a stop sign at 106th Street North and Highway 75, hitting Timothy Hayhurst on his motorcycle.

A Sperry man is now charged with manslaughter after leaving the scene of a deadly crash in October. State troopers said Roger Stevens didn't stop at a stop sign at 106th Street North and Highway 75, hitting Timothy Hayhurst on his motorcycle.
Hayhurst died at the scene.
Troopers said Stevens left the scene and drove to his mother's house. She turned him into police in Owasso.

Stevens is also charged with leaving the scene of a fatality collision and failure to yield.
