Earthquake Rattles In Payne County

An earthquake rattled Tuesday night in Payne County, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The 3.5-magnitude was reported about 7:20 p.m. Its epicenter was about four miles southeast of Marena, more than seven miles southwest of Stillwater, more than 18 miles northeast of Guthrie and more than 44 miles north, northeast of Oklahoma City.

The earthquake was less than two miles deep.

No immediate reports of damage or injury were reported.
