Oklahoma School Bus Driver Accused Of Committing Lewd Acts

A school bus driver in the Little Axe school district has been arrested on suspicion of committing lewd acts, according to Norman police.

Billy Wane Vuncannon, 40, was arrested Tuesday, police said.

Norman detectives started looking into allegations of lewd acts with a child on July 26, police said in a press release sent to News 9 Tuesday.

Vuncannon was booked into the Cleveland County Detention Center on one count of lewd acts with a child and four counts of forcible sodomy, police said.

Police said those charges do not involve any students attending Little Axe Public Schools.
