Former Senate President Pro Tempore Mike Morgan has been sentenced for a second time on a bribery conviction.
Tuesday, a federal appeals court handed down a sentence of 18 months in federal prison after ruling Morgan's original sentence of probation was too lenient.
The Stillwater Democrat was found guilty of taking a $12,000 bribe in exchange for his influence on legislation. A 63-count indictment accused him of accepting more than $400,000 from three companies.
