Norman Murder Suspect Arrested In Kansas

A Norman murder suspect is awaiting extradition to Oklahoma after being arrested in Kansas.

Tevin Hicks had been on the run since last December. On Monday, deputies in Montgomery County, Kansas got a tip and arrested Hicks at a home in Independence. He's being held on a first-degree murder warrant.

Police said Hicks is connected with the death of Kenneth Keeling who lived near the OU campus.
