A group of volunteers from St. Augustine Church Episcopal Church in Oklahoma City are competing in a steak cook-off that raises money for charity and features the largest steak dinner in the state, according to organizers.

Members of the Brotherhood of St. Augustine are in Tulsa to participate in the cook-off. The cook-off and steak dinner benefit the Tulsa Zoo and community gardens in the city.

The annual Oklahoma Steak Cook-Off attracts chefs from across the country who will grill up to 4,000 pounds of steak. Hungry Oklahomans can buy a steak and unlimited side dishes for $20, according to the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.

Last year they served over 2,500 people with about 50 teams participating. There will also be a car and motorcycle show, vendors, live music and activities for the kids.

The Oklahoma Championship Steak Cook-Off is a non-profit group.
