Ingredients:
2 pounds ground chuck
sea salt and pepper
worcestershire sauce
1 ham steak, grilled (separated into 4 pieces)
4 fried eggs
1 onion, sliced thin
4 slices smoked gouda
4 hamburger buns
Instructions:
In a sauté pan with olive oil cook the onions and ham steak. Cook till caramelized and the ham steak is browned. Then fry 4 eggs and transfer to a plate to rest. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck with sea salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce. For four patties and then cook on the grill till your desired temperature. To make the burger: Place the burger on a bun and top with ham, fried egg, and sliced cheese.
